Yes, appointments are required to try on our wedding and MOB dresses. This helps ensure that a consultant is available to assist you and that you have uninterrupted time to find the perfect dress. We reserve 90 minutes for your bridal appointment. We are happy to accommodate your timing preferences, but please call first to schedule.

Please limit the number of guests in your entourage to your closest friends/family members who know you the best and whose opinion you value the most. Too many opinions can be overwhelming for the bride! To keep your appointment as an intimate and special moment, we ask that you bring only up to 3 guests.

We recommend wearing nude undergarments as colored underwear will show through and won't give you the best visual for your big day. Be prepared to go braless as you won't need a bra on the day of your wedding. Shoes are not necessary to bring as all our dresses are very long. Pictures of gowns that best describe your vision and style that most interests you are helpful as well.

Our samples range from sizes 6-22 in bridal, with most being in the 12/14 range. Bridal sizing typically runs two sizes bigger than your normal street size. If a sample is too big, we will clip it. We do have some sample sizes that are 16-22. All of our wedding dresses can be ordered in sizes 0-28, but we don’t stock multiple sizes of each dress for trying on.

Start shopping early! Wedding dresses can take 4-6 months to arrive, and alterations can take another 2 months, so make sure to allow plenty of time. Many designers offer rush shipping to accommodate an earlier wedding date for a minimal fee.

All gowns are custom ordered. Once an order is placed the designers do not except returns. Therefore, all sales are final on purchases, payments, and special orders.

Yes! We are continually building our collection of plus size sample gowns in bridal sizes 18-24! We have one designer who solely specializes in curvy brides as well as several plus size gowns from each of our other designers.

Once you have found the dress, our trained bridal consultants will take your measurements. The measurements taken include bust, waist, and hips. We will not take your measurements until your order is ready to be placed. Most of our designers make their dresses in standard sizing with a standard size chart. We order the size that is closest to your measurements. Once your dress has come in, alternations will most likely be needed. The cost of alterations is not included in the price of the dress. *Please note- A different size may be requested by the bride, however with doing this you must sign off acknowledging this was your choice, and not based on the measurements we took.
